Returns

Thank you for shopping on Ktreadz.com. If you have an item to return just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

You have 14 Calendar days to make a return claim from the date you have received your shipment.   

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. 

If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within the timeframe stipulated by your card issuer.

RETURN SHIPPING 

One of our courier representatives will collect the shipment from you at a scheduled time and date of your convenience in locally in Trinidad. If you need to ship your return back to us that will be at your own cost or evaluated on a case by case basis.
